This Friday Brandt had his white coat ceremony. His parents flew in Thursday night; it was so awesome having them here, especially since it was their 33rd anniversary! We got a babysitter for the older girls and took Penelope with us. Penelope was an angel baby and cuddled her Gramps the whole time. I am so proud of Brandt. This has definitely been a long road for our family. When we started dating he still had most of his undergrad to finish and now here we are with less than two years left in dental school! He has worked really hard to get here and so many times has wanted to give up, but didn't! So congratulations Brandt! The hardest part is over! The next two years will be spent doing dental rotations and working in the clinic. It is weird to think about but he starts seeing patients next week! Crazy!
While Suzanne and Bob were here they took us out to the original Oklahoma Joe's. It was SO yummy! We were all stuffed afterwards. We always love when they come to visit and have such a wonderful time. It is always hard to say goodbye and cant wait til we can live closer!
